The shells are filled with powdered milk chocolate and marshmallows. When hot milk is added to the bombs, they pop open or “pop” to release the hot chocolate and marshmallows. Stir and you have a delicious and delicious cup of hot chocolate! Plus, they’re a lot of fun to decorate!
